Prints - If you already have prints you would like to use, please upload these using the upload tool provided. Alternatively, you can reply to your order confirmation email and send me a copy of your prints this way.

If you do not already have prints, please select to have a FREE inkless wipe kit sent out to you. All print kits will be dispatched within two working days.

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

For personalised jewellery orders you will have the option to choose between Signed For 1st Class, Tracked 24 and Special Delivery.

For orders over £50, you are advised to select Royal Mail Tracked 24, which includes up to £100 compensation against loss or damage and includes full online tracking.

For all higher value items, you are advised to select special delivery, insuring you up to £500 against loss or damage.

Personalised printable orders will be posted via Royal Mail, first or second class post, depending on your requirements. For heavy or large items, such as mugs, this is charged at a rate in line with Royal Mail pricing. However, if you are placing a large order there may be additional costs due to the weight limit. Please contact us for further information before placing an order.

Orders outside of the UK and overseas orders will be subject to additional costs. If you are wanting to order from outside of the UK please contact me before ordering.

I aim to dispatch all handmade orders within 28 days, from the date I receive your prints. Please note, this may be longer during peak times.
