Orders take up to 14 days to complete from the date I have your prints.
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail.
For personalised jewellery orders you will have the option to choose between Tracked 48 with Signature and Special Delivery.
For orders over £100, you are advised to select Special Delivery, which includes up to £500 compensation against loss or damage and includes full online tracking.
Personalised printable orders will be posted via Royal Mail, first or second class post, depending on your requirements. For heavy or large items, such as mugs, this is charged at a rate in line with Royal Mail pricing. However, if you are placing a large order there may be additional costs due to the weight limit. Please contact us for further information before placing a large bulk order.
Orders outside of the UK and overseas orders will be subject to additional costs. If you are wanting to order from outside of the UK please contact me before ordering.
JEWELLERY - I aim to dispatch all handmade jewellery orders within 28 days, and engraved orders within 14 days, from the date I receive your prints.
Please note, timescales will be slightly extended for jewellery that requires hallmarking or gold plating, to allow for this extra process.
PERSONALISED PRINTED ORDERS - Please allow up to 14 days for these to be completed and shipped.
URGENT ORDERS - If you require your order for a specific date, please let me know in the notes at checkout. I will always try to work within your timescales, but this may not be possible during peak times.
Please ensure your prints are returned to me within 14 days, following the instructions provided. My turnaround times for prints returned after the 14 days cannot be guaranteed and may be extended.

HAND & FOOTPRINTS / PAW PRINTS - If you already have prints you would like to use, please upload these directly onto the website using the upload tool provided. Alternatively, you can reply to your order confirmation email and send me a copy of your prints at a later date.
If you do not already have prints, please select to have a FREE inkless wipe kit sent out to you. All print kits will be dispatched within two working days.
FINGERPRINTS - For the enlarged fingerprint designs, please follow instructions for the Pencil Fingerprint Technique method HERE. Please upload your prints directly to the website using the upload tool provided. Alternatively, you can reply to your order confirmation email and send a copy of your prints at a later date.
For our classic range of fingerprint jewellery, a Fingerprint Moulding Kit will be posted to you within two working days.
PHOTOS & DOODLES - For all photo & doodle gifts please upload your images directly onto the website using the upload tool provided. If you would like to send your photo or doodle over at a later date, please reply to your order confirmation and send these across to me via email.
