All jewellery and engraved orders will include FREE UK postage and will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For delivery. You will be notified via email when your order has been sent.
For Printable items, we use Royal Mail First Class post for all orders within the UK. For heavy or large items, such as mugs and canvas prints, this is charged at the rate of £3.45. However, if placing a large order there may be additional costs due to the weight limit. Please contact us for further information before placing an order.
For smaller items, such as hanging decorations, these are charged at a rate in line with Royal Mail pricing and you can choose between first and second class delivery.
Orders outside of the UK and overseas orders will be subject to additional costs. If you are wanting to order from outside of the UK please contact us before ordering.
If you have selected a print kit with your order, we aim to dispatch this within two working days from receipt of payment. All kits will be sent via First Class Royal Mail.

Ickle Pickle Prints aims to complete all hand-made jewellery orders within 28 days and all engraved products within 14 days. These time-scales are from the date I receive your prints and not from the date you place your order.
Please note, these time-scales vary depending on the time of year and may be longer during our busiest periods.
To speed up the process I recommend you scanning your prints over. Please remember to quote your name and order number for our records.
We reserve the right to withdraw these services, if required.
Postal Delays and Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty upon delivery and are unable to remake an item free of charge if this becomes damaged due to eventual wear and tear. If you receive your order and it is damaged in any way during transit please contact us here within 7 days.
Please note, once items have been dispatched, Ickle Pickle Prints cannot be held responsible for any postal delivery delays, which are beyond our control.
